Signing the report: Senator Hoffman, Chair, Senators Stedman, Thomas; Representative Hawker, Chair, Representatives Stoltze, Gara. Senator Ellis moved that the Senate adopt the Conference Committee Report on CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 300. The question being: "Shall the Senate adopt the Conference Committee Report on CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 300 "An Act making appropriations for the operating and loan program expenses of state government, for certain programs, and to capitalize funds; and providing for an effective date"?" Effective Dates YEAS: 18 NAYS: 1 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 1 Yeas: Coghill, Davis, Dyson, Egan, Ellis, French, Huggins, Kookesh, McGuire, Menard, Meyer, Olson, Paskvan, Stedman, Stevens, Thomas, Wagoner, Wielechowski Nays: Bunde Absent: Hoffman and so, the report was adopted, thus adopting: CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 300 "An Act making appropriations for the operating and loan program expenses of state government, for certain programs, and to capitalize funds; and providing for an effective date." Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the adoption of the Conference Committee Report be considered the vote on the effective date clauses. Without objection, it was so ordered. The Secretary was requested to notify the House.
